Shipping policy

Shipping:

All items will ship within 7 business days after receiving payment unless otherwise noted (pre-orders, etc. have longer shipping times).

Domestic Items will be shipped First Class up to 13 ounces.  Orders over 13 ounces will ship Priority Mail. 

Once your package leaves Moss & Wand's studio and enters the USPS system, we are not responsible for loss or damage to it.  In the rare event that a package is lost in the mail we are happy to help investigate however please be advised that we have no more information, nor the ability to gather any more information than you do.

International Shipping Costs vary.  International packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  If you would prefer a different shipping method please contact us.  When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees.  All of these are to be paid by the buyer.  Please be advised that international shipping times can be extended and plan accordingly.
